The Anambra State Police Command has arrested an Anambra couple after the lifeless bodies of their twin infants were discovered in a drainage channel in the Okpoko area of Ogbaru Local Government Area.
The shocking incident happened on Sunday, June 21, and has sparked concern among residents of the community.
